Hi everyone! I know this time of adversity has been really hard all around for a lot of people. I have to keep reminding myself not to let stress and fear rob me of my playful and hopeful side. I’ve been doing that through exercise, learning new things, talking to my friends online, and random silly dancing. To all those essential workers doing double and triple shifts, I know you are probably too exhausted and don’t have the time for silly dancing. But we see you, love you, and appreciate you. Take the time for self-care whenever possible. For those at home, reach out to an essential worker in your life if you haven’t already and offer help if possible. ❤ My brother is one and he has really been working like a dog in all this. I’ve been lucky enough to be home making art and and sewing masks.
